Beaulieu Boat Jumble. 23rd April

The worlds biggest .... well in the UK anyway....

We always go, lots of good stuff to see and buy.  Loads of stuff from all aspects of boating.... some specialists use it to dump old stock.... always a bargain there somewhere.

This year me and a few boatie mates are emptying our garages of boat junk and hauling them down to Beaulieu Boat Jumble on the 24th April.  There is a section at the bottom of the field known a "Trunk Traders"... a diy car boot sale of boating gold dust.......

The girls think we are doing this to get rid of our valuable boat junk... in reality it is a simple and cost effective way of getting a parking space on the field before it opens........ to acquire more valuable junk....

You will recognise our stall.... it will be a pile of junk with an honesty box chained to the back of a Landrover....  feel free to take anything ....  the good junk will be still at home!!!!

There MAY be some Freeman junk in amongst everything else.....

It's Beaulieu Jumble time again - in case anyone's forgot -  It's on this Sunday - 23rd again. Weather permitting I'll be there for the annual junk search.  I've still got dozens of bits that I've bought there in the past and never used - one day they will come in handy.

I'm likely to be there, only to buy some junk to sell next year......
