It is amazing chap at the marina has had hes boat chained to the tipper truck for non payment off rent now are you ready for this one he turns up at the marina and ask Paul the owner if he can stay on hes boat  and he will pay a £1.oo sterling a month off hes arrears   a offer you cannot refuse or can you i leave you to guess  the reply  
It only gets better and better i thinking of writing a comedy show about it all (coronation marina) must be worth a fortune
