ONE-OWNER FROM NEW Freeman 22 for sale
There is a very nice 22 Mk2 for sale, that has been under a single ownership from new. About 47 years.
Details here: Tritone. Sadly no price given in the advertisement but my guess is it'll be at the upper end of Mk2 prices.

Looks a very good boat, very original from the photos.

I have no idea, but my guess would be he's initially trying to sell it locally as it's fairly well known on the upper Thames. If it doesn't sell he may well put it through someone like Val Wyatt.
I don't know the boat personally, but it moors next to our club commodore. He tipped me the wink last week, knowing I had lusted after it. It is now advertised through our club website. I did help out the owner a couple of years back when he was having some overheating troubles, but that was only via emails.
However, I feel I've invested too much time, money and effort into Gandalf to change. I also note that it doesn't have a fridge box under the helm seat and that put me off a little.

Mine lists slightly to port as well. I assume it's because the batteries and fuel tank are on that side. Is that correct? Does anyone bother to correct the list by ballasting the starboard side?

Tell any crew to sit elsewhere
Seriously though, the amount of fuel in one side, or water in the other, it is never going to stay level for long. It's not worth worrying about in my view.

Just noticed - she doesn't have the original gunwale rubber.
