Regretfully my 22  6ft 10ins is for sale

work done over the last four seasons  (at great cost)

Windows refurbished by sheridan// decks re-foamed by Sheridan / brand new upholstery supplied by Sheridan.(cost £1200)

Boat has shore power// propex heating four years old// sea wc with holding tank// two ring gas burner circa 5 years old
helm and navigators seats four years old
Hot water from engine and immersion heater
two gas bottles
canopy fair condition
ropes, anchor, mooring stakes.

spare engine and carb for spares or refurbishment & four brand new boat stands with wood blocks

Currently moored at Purley gardens (Mapledurham) for viewing.

will take 6k to include spare engine and stands or £5250 with out

Some pictures would be useful.     They get the juices flowing with anyone potentially interested. Helps identifying the model/features/an idea of condition. Even the colour of that new upholstery! Sorry to butt in (again!) 

Do you realise the post was August last year, so the boat may be sold,  and it is a 610 which is a Narrow Beam version.(6'-10" beam instead of the normal 7'-6" )

I don't know your potential cruising area, but you don't need to be constrained by location of boat to buy, as we have a specialist boat mover who is also a Freeman owner (more than one actually) who regularly moves our boats around at preferencial rates and regularly takes and brings boats all over Europe.  

Of course you would still need to view !

yes  i would consider selling (changed my mind last year)
I have spent a lot of money on her over the five years ownership so most big money items done, still needs work on electric wiring
has new upholstery  windows redone deck refoamed, new holding tank new propex heating, 
hot water from engine as well as immersion heater  boat safety untill 2020
years thames licence.
