freeman 23 for sale

for sale  1971 freeman 23 in ok condition . Just been serviced and bottom painted at the boatyard its moored at, which is crosshall marina st neots.
The boat was brought 3 years ago as a hobby to work on over the summer time . However family and work commitments have taken all my time and money and the boat has been neglected for the last year. I am about to move away with my job and just need to pass it on to someone who wants a solid boat that needs a little work . It  really don't need much to get it in great order.
If anyone is interested I will be around for the next couple of weeks .
The price I will except is 1000 which is a tiny amount, but I just need to pass it on as I have so much else to do with selling house and moving .

Could be a bargain for someone, few photos would help the sale. That's very cheap.

Its a very nice boat but needs a bit spending on it, hand rails and other small jobs but I have to let it go  . Work is moving and had to spend every penny on house renovations and  so the boat has not been used for a year and half  . But yes I'm making a huge loss but it needs to go asap.

Good God! That looks a £6-7k boat easy. Bargain of the century for someone. Is the inside original wood or painted ?

it is all original inside , all wood interior and pristine  soft furnishings and brand new bench seat at rear.

Is that your blog or previous owners on Keepitafloat .

The previous owner did have a blog on a internet site, I had a quick look when I was in talks with him about buying the boat.

Has the boat got a current BSC and is it in the water or on hard standing at Crosshalls?

The boat has recently been put back into the water and the bsc is about to expire this month.

i take it that it has sold

Is this still for sale ?
