We have owned this boat for 12 years and lavished thousands of pounds on her whilst enjoying holidays and weekends creating wonderful memories.
She is only for sale due to the availability of a larger boat.

Tineca has her original gelcoat and a lovely polished hull in excellent condition. She really is sparkling and all window rubbers and chrome inserts have been replaced. The hard roof adds to her appeal and provides a welcome shade on sunny days as well as stylish design feature.

Inside she has beautiful veneers in the cockpit area offset buy bright chrome work. She has light grey helm and co pilot seats trimmed with contrasting dark grey piping. The rear bench seat was professionally made in matching trim. The underside of the hard roof is lined in mahogany and chrome effect clad, creating a luxurious sedan style roof. The cockpit has ambient lighting and speakers to create a social atmosphere whilst moored and relaxing. There is a remote control for the CD stereo which allows for volume, track changes etc to be made from the helm without entering the cabin.

A modification to the step down has been discretely fitted to allow easy access to those without long legs (like my wife). It looks standard but really is a great addition. The boat has luxury 5” upholstery supplied by a renowned craftsman at great expense. It has matching scatter cushions and padded headboards. It has a huge bed in the forward area and a good size double in the dinette. The veneers throughout are beautiful and typical of well preserved Freeman quality. The carpet is deep with 11mm underlay to create a soft homelike feeling. The ceiling is lined with light grey cord which really extends the season without condensation forming. The curtains are lined with rope tiebacks.

The boat has blown air Propex heating that activates with the flick of a switch. It can also be used to blow cold air on hot days if required. The galley is fully equipped with stainless steel full cooker with two rings, grill and oven. It has push button igniters and is thermo coupled which means it cannot leak gas if not lit. its housed in a stainless steel recess and can be covered with the fold down work tops.

A real bonus is the instantaneous hot water. One push of a button and hot water at 10 gallons per minute comes through the electrically pumped single lever chrome tap. The boiler is again thermo coupled and flued out through the roof for safety.

The toilet compartment has clean and bright marble effect cladding with a rare shower feature. It has lighting and a clever trifold door that interlocks with the wardrobe to create a private towelling- off area.

The boat is powered by an immaculate and very economical ford engine. It has electronic ignition which results in hugely reliable running. We have continuously cruised for extended periods without incident. It has been serviced regularly and has been converted to run on unleaded at significant expense. It has also had a more efficient alternator fitted allowing the three batteries to be topped up and ready to go. The boat sports a special charging relay that will always leave one battery un-drained when moored so you can always start the engine. No carrying batteries on and off with this boat!

The boat is easy to manage I always moor it single headedly without the need of another person.

The boat is priced accordingly with condition and additions to make cruising enjoyable and trouble free. This boat is really for those that are not looking for work and just want to enjoy their days relaxing or entertaining. Whilst there are cheaper boats available they are really for those seeking a project.

Moorings are available along the canal with some current vacancies at Barton Grange. The Canal and Riverboat Trust also have moorings frequently available. Nearby Garstang Marina , Bridge House Marina and Moons Bridge may also have vacancies. The mooring in the pictures does not come with the boat .
