Project boat - Freeman 22 mk II - SOLD

Sadly selling our little project Freeman 22. We've had her a few years and have sadly never found the time to do the work on her that she so badly needs. 

We're on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk border. There is a slipway very close by and we're more than happy for people to come and have a look at her. 

Currently not starting but we think it's the batteries so we have them on charge at the moment. I'll update tomorrow once we try them.

Just a little update. Engine starts and runs but gearbox is stuck so probably needs a little TLC. She'll be fine to get to the nearby slipway.

Do not want to throw a damper on your sale but that is a lot of money for a 22 mk2 in that condition my boat mk2  has rebuilt engine rebuilt gearbox and new shaft, New toilet, brand new canopy many more extras and i think i would get about £5500

Funny enough, it was actually a discussion with a friend about the camper van market at the moment that made us decide to sell now. Affordable overseas holidays are off the cards for a few years, people are looking at "staycation" options.

Due to having our time absolutely wasted by the winning bidder this boat has now been relisted.

Wow...I'm pleased I bought my F22 early last year...Mine only cost a bit more and had fully history and ready to go with nothing needed doing much...Congrats ...good price achieved!!
