Beccles meet *CANCELLED* 2020

Early heads up for Beccles 2020 Freeman meeting, mark it in your diary / calendar now !!

Saturday 23rd until Monday 25th  May 2020 ( Late May BH if my info is correct))

Anyone wanting to arrive earlier on Friday and/ or leave later let me know l can probably add dates.
Everyone will be responsible for their own mooring fees, but l need number of boats and boat names please.
Booking forms will be on the events section later in the Freeman Forum but probably not yet.....

I emailed past participants of the Beccles meet, unfortunately due to 'operators error' (me !! ) the date appeared on that flyer incorrectly with February . This has been altered to MAY on this version which is the correct date .

The season is about to start with longer days and hopefully warmer ones too !
So it's time to book your berth for the Beccles meeting 23-25 May.
Some people will want to there from Friday , no problem just put in on your registration

We are now coming Friday night and side on mooring is booked direct

THAT'S is being sensible Derek I have self-isolated have my wife to think of as well I hate being stuck indoors will have to carry on building my 20 x 10 feet model railway to pass the time all I can say is keep safe everyone and hopefully see you on the river in the near future GOD BLESS

Thank you, we  appear to need all the help we can get !

Won't be Freeman related, but pictures of the model railway please. ( What gauge ?)

Our local experience is that the supermarkets with large car parks are being stripped bare, but the smaller ones have loads of stock and almost no customers

Probably best thing to do .. lets all stay safe

I agree with you Derek at our age you have to be sensible and not like those idiots in the parks during the weekend this is more serious then they realize the government would not pay 80% of wages and  lock things down if it was not, everyone keep yourself safe and hopefully we will get out later in the summer

It's disappointing but understandable
