If it's as good as the pictures and the hull plus engine are in good nick then we'll worth a look.

With that value would you want a pre-sale survey anyway, to be on the safe side?
The toilet is referred to as the heads. Where does that name come from? Always used ref American boats and I am always uncomfortable using it (the name, not usually the facility lol). Perhaps because in some vintage cruisers I have seen the toilet was often right up at the sharp end, hence 'ahead'?
