The boat finally passed yesterday not without more argument though he moaned about the new fuel pipe filler because it was not labelled showed him the document that came with it which stated  has below  he still said he needed to phone head office who told him it was fine, he then went on about the  bubble counter still being in the pipe when I had taken off the gas bottle and some of the pipework also removed the cooker and pipework and replaced with a portable cooker, oh well will not have to worry for 4 years  I will be 82 then might carry on just to annoy him
