For the Bedford river festival, you should contact Matryn Pearson to arrange moorings.  Last I heard, there were not many moorings left, but as a small boat, you will be able to get onto the upper river so may well be lucky.....   I would not let the lack of booked mooring stop you from going. A 2 foot Freeman can squeeze in anywhere....... If all else fails, you can moor alongside me!!! BUT you will have to keep up with the drinking..... last year we drank the boat dry..... and went to bed well after dawn..... that's when the sun comes up... not some strange Bedford girl!!!

It's probably too late to book a mooring, but come by car to the second largest outdoor free event in the UK.

Music Stages, bars, funfair, crafts, markets, dragon boat races, raft race..... and more.

I'll be there with my boat, there is generally quite a bit of Freeman content... 2x32's ... the odd 28 a plethora of 26/23/22's.....  There may even be a genuine Freeman dinghy..... (mine, but not yet in my possession!!)

If you can find me... come and say hi..... we may even have some beer left!!!!
